The 70th Anniversary of Japan/New Zealand economic relations was celebrated at Cordis Hotel in Auckland on 22 September. Nearly 100 people from various business and government organisations, including Ambassador Ito from the Japanese Embassy, attended the event. Dr Alan Bollard, Chair of the Infrastructure Commission, shared his thoughts on various infrastructure and economy-related topics.

JNZBC Chair Ian Kennedy encouraged attendees to attend the JNZBC Conference which will be held in Beppu, Japan from 20-22 November. A fantastic night, with lots of dialogue amongst the attendees.
