Fiber Fresh Feeds Ltd is a niche global specialist feed company that is looking for the right individual to grow and develop an exciting new opportunity in Japan.

The Company has developed a ground-breaking calf starter feed that has no equivalate and offers economic benefits for the Japanese farmers. Although the Company has operated in Japan for thirty years and has a Japanese office based in Sapporo this is a new market segment the Company is targeting.

The ideal candidate would be first and foremost competent in both the Japanese and English language and would ideally bring proven experience within the animal feed (or similar) industry in Japan.  Alternatively, you may simply be able to bring the skills and experience acquired from a different industry that would allow you implement the business plan required.

Cultural capability training for businesses seeking to grow in North Asia

The North Asia CAPE and the Superdiversity Institute for Law, Policy and Business, are partnering to deliver a tailored two-hour workshop to improve NZ businesses’ cultural approaches to engagement with North Asia. We anticipate strong interest in this workshop, which will provide an evidence-based mix of theory, best-practice guidance and practical exercises to develop attendees’ CQ skills and build a disruptive network that will challenge them to continue to build their CQ.
